Killerwhale Scarf 16x72
The Killerwhale crest belonging to various nations in BC - Gitxsan, Nisga'a, and Tsimshian for example. My name is Wihl Buun, which translates to the 'splash made by the whale's tail as it hits the ocean surface'.
You can find the killerwhale in many of our stories. The killerwhale will shed it's black and white coat at night and returns to it's deep sea village. It is also called the Sea Wolf and Protector of the Sea in many of our nations. The Watcher often accompanies the killerwhale and rides on it's dorsal fin.
On a personal level, I simply have loved these creatures all of my life. They are beautiful and magnificant and often bring me happiness and peace in the most random of ways.
The perfect final touch to your outfit...

• Each scarf is printed and sewn by hand in Canada
• Hand wash in cold water with phosphate free detergent, lay flat to dry, there may be a 5-10% fade after the first wash.
